The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable place to unwind. However, some areas need attention. The dining experience was inconsistent. I found the breakfast options limited and on one occasion, the serving spoon at the buffet still had remnants of food from the day before. I also encountered issues with the bathroom cleanliness upon check-in, which took a while to fix. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times, which affected the overall service. Parking was another hassle, with the garage being closed, leaving me to park on a busy street or a dirt lot that made my car dirty. While the location wasn’t in the heart of Amman, having a pharmacy and grocery store across the street was helpful. I'd rate my stay average due to these mixed experiences.
